- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (I replaced this with a homemade blue cheese dressing)
- 4 rolls split and toasted
- celery sticks
- Serves: 4
- Total Time: 10 Minutes
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a medium skillet; stir in 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce and 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken and cook until warmed through, 2 to 4 minutes.
Divide evenly among 4 split and toasted rolls and top with 1 cup crumbled blue cheese. Serve with celery stalks (Add the leaves to the sandwiches if desires).
